I agree.  But Darun does not belong to Capcom.  He belongs to Arika, the company that helped Capcom with the Street Fighter EX games.  To use him, Capcom would have to get permission from Arika.

Yep, any character that was introduced in Street Fighter EX are owned by Arika.
