A simple animation for this that should work is that you just take the original picture and stretch it a little bit, save stretch some more save, and do that 2 or 3 more times. Then go to iaza.com, upload the pictures, then go to frame animation. Then order the pictures original, 2nd version, 3rd version..... 3rd version, 2nd version, original. Do 1/10 of a secant and loop it at infinite.

I know how to animate, I use photoshop so it makes it very easy to animate.
Half of it is that I didn't learn how to animate, I never used a tutorial, I was just playing around and found out how.
The other half is that I'm too lazy to animate xD

Aw, man. This is really neat. I think a white dot on the eyes would look awesome. I feel like squishing it, it looks like a rubber toy with squeaky sounds.
