Reporting for duty, Roll Arrives on the Scene!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
History: DLN-002 (better known as Roll) was the creation of the scientist Dr. Thomas Light, the same creator of the Blue Bomber, Mega Man. Unlike her "brother" who was later modified, Roll stayed true to her original programming of housekeeping rather than fighting...or did she?
Weight and Movement Options: Roll would be an average weight fighter of 98 units, and would only have a total of 2 jumps.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Basic Attacks
Neutral Attack: Roll would have a two-hit semi-spammable jab using her trusty weapon, a broom. The first hit will have her swing the broom from high-to-low, while the second will have her swing horizontally upward. This comes from her playable appearance in Mega Man Powered Up.

Dash Attack: She would spin her whole body twice while holding her broom outward. Her body becomes intangible while doing this, while the handle of the broom acts as a sweetspot.

Side Tilt: She would twirl her broom in front of herself to deal multiple flinching hits of damage before launching with the last hit. Similar to Palutena's side tilt, but with a bit more ending lag.

Up Tilt: She would swipe her broom twice above herself.

Down Tilt: She would perform a sliding kick, fittingly enough much like Mega Man. However, this move doesn't propel her as far and deals slightly less damage.

Side Smash: She would swing her broom for high-to-low to slam it onto her opponents. There is a bit of end lag where Roll needs to recuperate after the swing.

Up Smash: This will have Roll use Tengu Man's weapon, the Tornado Hold. A fan will appear underneath Roll and, when the smash is released, will send her upwards. The gust of wind deals flinching damage to foes above Roll, while Roll herself will spin around with her arms stretched outward to become a slowly rising hitbox.

Down Smash: She would spin her broom outward from front to back.

Neutral Aerial: She would twirl the broom around her body to deal multiple hits of damage.

Forward Aerial: She would swing the broom from high-to-low. This move is capable of spiking if it sweetspots.

Back Aerial: She would swing the broom horizontally, turning her around as a result.

Up Aerial: She would spin the broom upwards like a helicopter blade, having decent horizontal range.

Down Aerial: She would quickly sweep below herself three times. This doesn't meteor smash, instead dealing small flinching damage.

Grabs
Grab and Pummel: Roll would grab the foe with both hands, and pummel by headbutting.

Forward Throw: She would forcefully kick the foe forwards.

Back Throw: She would quickly get behind the foe and open an umbrella to launch them away.

Up Throw: A red flag with the number 1 on it will appear from below the foe to launch them upwards.

Down Throw: She would furiously sweep the foe's back to rack up damage before launching them away.

Special Attacks
Neutral Special: "Eddie": Roll will summon the helper robot, Eddie, above herself to shoot a bomb from his head compartment. The bomb acts as a projectile and travels in an arc, exploding on contact with anything or anyone. While Eddie can only shoot one bomb at a time before he warps out of existence, there is little end lag when Roll summons him, making the move semi-spammable. However, there is a 1% chance that Eddie will shoot an Energy Tank instead of a bomb. The E-Tank deals no damage to foes and instead acts like a Maxim Tomato, restoring 50% of damage to anyone who picks it up.

Side Special: "Flower Bomb": Roll will pull out what appears to be a bouquet of flowers, but is actually a bomb. Roll can hold onto the bomb for about 5 seconds before it explodes, damaging her. By releasing the button, Roll will toss the bomb in a further arc than Eddie's bombs. It also doesn't explode on contact (instead dealing 0.5% damage to foes hit by it), but it will explode after about 7 seconds.

Up Special: "Beat": This gives Roll one of Mega Man's custom Up-Special moves from Smash for 3DS/Wii U, where the bird-type robot Beat will carry Roll upward through the air. While it doesn't put Roll in a state of helplessness after using it, it is rather slow.

Down Special: "Mega Ball": Roll places a ball in front of herself. The ball can not be picked up, and will simply disappear after about 10 seconds. However, anyone who goes near or dashes toward the ball (whether it's Roll, or her opponents) will automatically kick it in an angle, causing it to explode on contact. Fighters can also jump onto the ball to bounce off of it. Doing so results in a small explosion that damages anyone besides the Roll player who used the move, and sends them straight upward. If used in the air, Roll instantly bounces off of the explosive to gain some extra height. This will also send her into a state of helplessness.

Final Smash: "Battle & Chase": Roll will summon Beat, who then proceeds to transform into the Pop'n Beat. Roll then gets inside the vehicle and drives in multiple directions (yes, even in midair), damaging anyone hit by it. The opponent with the most damage taken will be trapped, as the vehicle will spin out and deliver the final attack. Afterwards, Roll will jump out and Beat will turn back to normal before warping away.

Miscellaneous*
*NOTE: Despite the costumes in Mega Man Powered Up granting Roll a different weapon, for Smash they will be purely cosmetic with Roll always using her broom.

Alternate costumes: 1. A simple red dress with a green ribbon; default.
                         2. A white t-shirt with black athletic shorts and a red ribbon; Sports.
                         3. A suit of armor with a purple ribbon; Knight.
                         4. A raincoat designed after a frog; Rainy Day.
                         5. A simple teal dress with a straw hat; Straw.
                         6. A red crop top with white shorts, sunglasses and a blue ribbon; Vacation.
                         7. A pink ninja outfit with a red rope ribbon; Ninja.
                         8. Near identical to her default appearance, but with black sleeves; based on her outfit from Mega Man 8.

Taunts: Up: Roll will fist bump into the air with her right hand, while giving a wink.
            Side: Roll will spin once and pose with her left index finger and thumb to her cheek, while winking.
            Down: Roll will sweep the ground twice with her broom.

Stage Entrance: Roll will warp onto the stage, and briefly look around before facing her opponent.

Victory Animations: 1. Roll will be seen sweeping the floor, before noticing camera and giving a wink while holding up a peace sign.
                             2. Eddie will run into the scene and open his head compartment to hand Roll a bouquet of flowers. (Don't worry, they're not explosive.)
                             3. Hyper Roll from Marvel vs. Capcom first appears on the scene but then Eddie, Beat and Rush will fly out of her, reverting Roll to normal. Roll will then scratch the back of her head in embarrassment.
