Well this is my first critique, yay! 8'D
So first of all, I really love the pose. And the perspective. But I see the shading isn't quite visible. Maybe try making the shading a little more darker? :'D
And I don't really like how the tail bends. It goes in a zigzag but in every zigzag it is straight in general.
As for the eyes...eyes for Pikachus are basically human eyes with huge pupils, and the white is actually just shine, also actual eyecolor does not invade the pupil, but can blend in it. But the eyes are really nice. The red makes it stand out, as well as the glow.
And my favorite part. The rain, yes the rain. It is really nice and realistic. I just love how it splashes on Adel, and how thin it is.
