you know for me, telling someone to go to hell is as bad as "f*ck you" (sorry for the language).. because its like cursing someone else eternal damnation. (its even worse than the F word)
and as i recall, christians follow Christ and the first thing christ wants us to do is to love. Love God and Love our fellow brothers.
How can they show love for their fellow brothers if they curse them eternal damnation like that? God loves even the smallest of men no matter how sinful and we have no right to judge anyone.
but dont worry, Im sure God will have his way with your school ^^ im sure one day your school will realize that.
maybe they're just not open too much at the moment.

I felt quite disgusted.
For the non-christian students, they have to worry about school work and not being accepted.
My friend dragged me to church and tried to convert me, asking if I wanted to give myself to God.
I said no out of nervousness and started feeling really ill.
It was horrible.

i feel kind of sad for your schools. over here, i dont think those who are of different religions feel out of place. i have friends that are from different sectors of christianity and some who are non-christian at all.
Its nice that your friend wants you to be with God, but to force it out on you, well, your friend should respect your own opinion and beliefs. Conversion should only be done by those willing to do so.
But i hope you and your friend had talked it out, its best if your friend would understand your side and you would understand his/hers. This shouldnt also be a hindrance to your love as friends ^^

I guess they are just very eager to share Christ with you, how He has made a difference in their lives, but in Campus Crusade, I learnt that this is not the right way to share Christ with a prebeliever.
The believer shares Christ, leaves the rest to God, and the Holy Spirit does the work.
