This one is for Cheetara's parents: Kamau and Tafari! They're both great Clerics but Kamau (father) has a talent for combat while Tafari (mother) has a knack for medicine and treatment. Kamau is calm and disciplined (though he has a slight sadistic side when he fights) while Tafari is a little more outgoing and likes to poke mischief at everyone once in a while. even Jaga. XD;;
Sadly for me, in episode 12, it's revealed that Cheeatara is an orphan belonging to no clan. So my idea is out the window, otherwise Jaga would have known who she is and somehow helped raise her for her fallen parents.
Somehow i keep messing up Kamau's anatomy. must be the cleric outfit. thanks for dropping by!

It would make sense for Cheetara to have parents. It's not like she was born from the sky or was a god-turned-demigod banished to Earth.

That's amazing. Little Cheetara is so cute. I really wish they appear in the show, cause what happen to her parents in the show is a complete blank.

I really like this picture. Maybe Cheetara's parents really were clerics, and if they were, maybe Jaga never met or knew about Cheetara (like maybe Cheetara's parents died when she was really young).

I actually found the new series and found myself loving it more! It took all the things I didn't like about the first series and changed it! Snarf is adorably cute in the new series, not at all annoying! Even the wily kittens are awesome! I always loved Cheetara and the fact they had her and Tygra together was the best thing evar!! I hope they do more.

eheheh awesome! :'DDD lol snarf is one of the biggest improvements in my opinion. i just saw one episode of the old snarf and instantly thought 'annoying'. the new one is much cuter and is actually much less annoying xD

I had always wanted Cheetara and Tygra to be together and when I was but nine or ten years old...I badly wanted it to happen. Thanks to this new series, a childhood wish has come true! Huzzah!

You could keep you're idea anyway. If they belonged to another clan when the lizards and cats went to war when everyone was still young, her entire village may have been destroyed, leaving no records or anything. She could have been picked up by someone, or ended up like Kit and Kat.

i think its awsome.. And i can see this being her case.. even if jaga knew he still had to make sure she had it in her to be a cleric..i get the feeling he wasnt really turning her out.. just testing her. So i can still see this as being legit... maybe something awful happened to her folks and she never knew they were clerics... so of course to keep her from feeling entitled and make her want to earn her spot.. Jaga wouldnt tell her. Ya know? I think its acleric thing.. the had to prove them selves.
Any how.. it looks awsome!

aaah, i see! i like your idea. that scenario is quite likely with him trying to test the real cleric in her. though not telling someone about their parents is still rather harsh. if this is the case, then he would've told her when she was ready?

totaly but sometimes teachers Omit details until they know a person is mature enough.. shes only about what 21? 20? thats still pretty young. I mean look at luke sky walker for example. How long did it take him to get the whole story outta Obi wan and yoda? Also i think it works cus he knew it would make her relationship with out darlin' stripey boy a lil stronger to.
I have to admit they make a couple coupele.. Tho im wondering whos gonna wind up with Lion-o.

aaaah that's bengali! xD yeah they were kinda related in the original series but i'm not sure if they will change that in the new series. they're 'brothers' in a way that they are of the same tiger species i suppose. tiger, lions, and cheetahs have different lifestyles in the wild xD

its pretty cool that they ( the writers) took enough time to think this through to get the fans thinking.
The otringal series was good but the writing was flat in a few places. So far the new series has not had that problem. going to be interesting were they take it. also more fun for us fans to speculate.
Ive loved T-cats since i was a kid and my ssiter showed mehere video tapes. I mnaged to snag the whole orginal series (compliments of sams club) on dvd. I hope this one goes on as well as the orginal one did.. And one thing i have to admit.. the orginal costumes were kinda silly .. i love the way the new ones look. Speicially lion-o and tygras "Civis" from the first couple of eps.
Bengali thats it.. for the life of me i couldnt remember his name.. ( needs to go bak and watch more of the orginals...) yah. but i was at UKON( the university of kentuckys si fi convention, its really nice when your art school is attached to a univeristy so big thy get thier own si fi con
