I designed him with an appearance of a red swallow bird buuut instead of red, I made it into blue again ;;;;
I should rename this as "Blue adopts" instead of the bird avian dragon theme. I'm really obssessed with blue i should stop ;;;;;;//dies

-You should pay me a minimum 1/3 of the price as downpayment.
-You can pay me of the remaining balance any amount and anytime. Let me know in a note.
-If you cant continue to pay for the adopt, ONLY HALF of the money that you paid me will be refunded. So be sure that you can pay within the time period when you decide to adopt.(Sorry, because I have bills to pay ;.; )
-You should pay me within the given time period. If you cant meet the deadline, the adopt would be up again for sell/auction.
-I will give the full resolution with my watermark in between the given time period and I will give the non-watermarked version once payment is fulfilled.
-Refund is not allowed once you fulfill the payment.
-If you dispute/chargeback, you'll be banned from adopting my adoptables PERMANENTLY & you will be blacklisted.

I actually designed him like a redswallow bird but because I changed his color to blue I searched for the "mordecai bird"(his a character from a cartoonxD) and boom there's blue jay ;u; so your right, he's a blue jay/swallow bird dragon xD
