Description This is the first of the new elemental designs that I came up with for my San Fransisco trip. It is also my first multi layer leather mask. I have to say that I love the cool effects you can get with multiple layers.

I make clay molds and cast them in plaster for some of my masks. I feel your pain

O.o WOW!!!! I LOVE THIS MASK!!!! i love how the top has the 3d look with the layers of carved leather... how did you attach the other leather pieces? i don't see any gromets or anything like that... just glue?

what kind of glue? it won't come apart?

Well, I use a glue called the Ultimate Crafter's Glue and usually the leather will fail before the glue does. Maybe long term (20 years or so) it will come apart but I haven't had any problems so far.

I'd love a better solution, but I haven't found one yet. I've tried Barges and Ecoflow Leather Cement and I don't get as good a hold with either.
