OK, this was not what I was supposed to be doing today. I had a ton of other stuff that was higher on the list. However when I got Moth painted then this one demanded to be painted as well.sigh...yes, it is very pink. It matches her dress, and when you see it in person there is a gold base coat underneath the main body of the mask that makes for a really cool sheen. It is made from 4 oz leather and painted with acrylic paint.

I like the simpleness of this piece, by that I mean the mask is plain, with the overlay of the flowers, if I'd have attempted this sort of design I'd have spoiled it with complex open flowers, really nice variety in this and the two others photographed.

Thanks so much. This actually turned out to be my favorite, but it was the hardest to do by far. All those cut outs were a pain.
The funny thing was when I first shaped it the flower on the top forehead was too high and stood out too much and she looked like a deep sea angler fish. I had to rework it to fix it so it wasn't silly looking.
