Description
Did on a mini sketchbook with a Pencil yesterday, at the Dubbing Academy party.Its a scene of an RP. And while drawing, i really could feel SDs pleasure and joy.

I love this couple ^^ although one thing doesn't make sense to me. Didn't Paddywack get beaten by positive emotion? So wouldn't this cause him pain, and/or weaken him? Correct me if I'm wrong

Sadly i never was able to read the boom comics.
That means, i go wit the old TV show, instead of the new comics, that are not done by the same author anymore...
And people told me, paddywhack was sent back to the box. Thats it. Β After all, he is a ghoul. He is already dead, cant die again... just... be prisioned as he is in the box.
And of course my Character stringdoll... after people decided to mix her up with paddywhack, i had to find a story, a way, to let her find that box. He might be weakened... maybe that the reason Stringdoll was able to get the box in the first place, without paddywhack going all Berserk out of it.
Im not really sure, it was the fandom who decided this pairing ^^U So i didnt really plan a lot on this two. I just drew them together without really telling a story to make it all begin.

It's quite the accomplishment ^^ When I first saw Stringdoll, which was a year or so I think, I thought she was one of those one time villains that I had forgotten, just because she pops up so often XD
Also I do happen to have that Boom comic. After looking through it again, It turns out I was wrong. It wasn't the positive emotion that defeated him, it just let Morganna power up a spell.

So you thought she was like paddywhack, one time villain. I guess thats the best compliment one could give me ^^. Specially with so many spectacular Ocs in the internet.
Oh i see, that sounds really good! I wanted to read it, but its impossible to reach for me, and couldnt find in in the internet... so i just decided to keep on from the TV show.
Yeah, thats what people told me about it.
After all, You cant kill who is already dead. But id love to see that positive paddywhack. Must be so creepy! (for me, cute and lovely stuff, is pretty creepy.)

and I hate to dissapoint, but there was no positive paddywack. Morganna blasted him with the spell and he vanished. We do get to see Paddywack possess Negaduck though

Yes, i know, he possess negaduck.
What makes me think, paddywhack is one of the most dangerous villains after all, able to possess negaduck, and quackerjack being afraid of the ghoul.
And suddenly people decide to ship him with my OC. Β I guess ill never understand perfectly that decition, neither if it was a good one. I can say, paddywhack is indeed one of my favorite characters, and i enjoy drawing him a lot.
But not sure if really my Stringdoll deserve such character on her side. Afterall, SD isnt a powerfull awesome villain lady, like "morgana" and others we know.
But that all is a bit old now that i cannot draw much about this fandom anymore. I never finished the comic i started ones... a pity indeed.

yeah I had found that comic pretty humorous. Also Stringdoll doesn't need to be a super powerful kind of villain to be worthy of Paddywack, I think all that matters is chemistry. Personally I think her and Paddywack have great chemistry. He would normally scare the crap out of anyone who saw him, yet she doesn't mind spooky specters like him in the slightest.Β They both enjoy pranks, and she definitely has enough misery in her life to keep him fed. Personally it sounds like a perfect match to me.

Though i never thought of stringdoll to be exactly miserable. That made it difficult to believe why would paddywhack stay with her. Β You favored my comic pages, and you can already tell from the first panels, that SD has a hard hand on the ghoul. Like the one duck able to control the powerful terrifying paddywhack, just by calling his name out. Β Β I guess this all came from the fandom, joking with ideas about SD making Paddywhack sleep on the coach or outside the house, when angried. Β I dont know if that kind of scene would fit with Stringdoll, but its still hilarious imagining the mighty paddywhack like a henpecked husband.
Thinking again on the fandom theories with Stringdoll, brings me funny memories, thats true.

she looks a lot like her father... way maybe too much. Β I know its maybe hard, but im sure with time, you will be able to slowly give her a more personal design.
My stringdoll started looking way too much like gossalyn (dunno how to write her name) Β and slowly changed with time. A lot.

This is fantastic! The style, the pose the way you just handled this piece! Seriously, you have imporeved SO much and are only getting better! This is beautiful! Nothing less! So much depth, only by the use of pencil... wow.
