Oh yes, that's who you think it is. It's MMD model (still wip though) of Captain Jack SparrowOh Gosh it is's so difficult to make him x_x his design is so complicated .. especially hair. If someone, anyone, knows any hairstyle similar to his (in MMD) you'd save my life D: Cause otherwise i need to put braid by braid and shape them up in dreadlocks =_= Or if no one does, than atleast someone who can help by adding bones, physics and joints
I'll put credits when I finish him .. till than enjoy this picture I badly edited in SAI 8D

While I don't know where to find dreadlocks (just searched for them XD), I'll keep searching. I eagerly await a Captain Jack Sparrow model, and would do anything to help boost a release. And, uh... ain't his skin a bit darker than the tone shown? And as for adding bones and physics, I wish I could tell you where to turn. There are many who are good at it, but as for if they'll help, I ain't too sure... I ain't much help, am I? XD

I will release him when I finish him, if I finish him :c I found some braids but I'd had to put a lot of them and with physics it would really lag .. and yes, I think it is, but he's not nearly done, I even tried to export his compass from sketchup but it didn't let me :/ I can add them, but only to basic things, not like hair or dress or something, and thank you anyway
