My new altmer child!!His name is Blancho, he is a former Thalmor agent, retired due to lost of eye sight, now spend his retired life in Winterhold and in spare time try to destroy the world or something.

idk, but Elder Scroll always make character look ugly (I mean Oblivion characters look like potato and Skyrim's characters look like an elderly pug? not to mention Morrowind too)
I just take their description (EX. golden-skinned, almond shaped eyes, and high cheekbones, for alter) and draw it according to what i think is good XDDD
