Description I used to play the instrument when i was younger
Here in Thailand, at some points in your school life, you'll learn how to play it.
I took it as my hobby along with drawing back then, i used to practice a lot
and then one day i got the courage to play it to my parents, i was super excited as a child can be, i played "Kangkhau Kin Kluay", a traditional folk song, half way through the song's first verse, i kinda missed a note, and my parents mock me really bad saying "wow if you played like that you should never learn how to play at all"
so the other half of the first verse was a struggle, and i didn't played the rest of the verses at all
:/
they probably don't think much, just parents mocking child
but i never played it since
:////////

I still keep the khlui, i think, at our family's old place, but i don't think it's there anymore, it's been many years.
It was a wooden khlui Pieng Ow, not one made with plastic, and not like recorder. It has red simple ornament on it.

//Khlui is something like a flute, a Thai flute. there are other types of khlui too, but khlui pieng aw is the one they use in teaching kids in school, they're the most common also.
