So I'm making this animation in Clip Studio Paint ex, and not adobe flash (which is usually what I do).It's my oc's Turtlecat, and her pet fish Hubble.
Yes she has a pet, and I guess I just don't talk about him a lot.
Was looking at some tutorials here and there to get a hang of animating and what the hell tools/setting's I'm even suppose to use lol.
