About Constwin are actually one pokemon, sharing a brain through a telekinetic link between the two parts, they are even able too see out of each others eyes. Scientists are still trying to figure out the brain waves of this pokemon. If these two halves ever separate too far for too long, they will get headachs, high fevers and might even die.
Evolutions < level 20 between June 14 and July 13
Displace: This ability increases the pokemons evasiveness by one stage each time an attack misses it

Sweetness, gemini's my zodiac sign! Very cool idea with the linked brain duo, and that's a really cool name to boot.
One thing though, I think that'd be telepathic, if I'm not mistaken. Telekinesis refers to moving things far from you, while telepathy refers to mind reading.
Also, wouldn't it make more sense for this to be the psychic one, considering the psychic connection between the two? Anyway, can't complain too much, this is my sign.
I just realized the nature of this pokemons' evolution. This is such a clever idea. I wasn't excited about fakes, but you've actually proved really clever with this idea. I'm liking it.

haha the only psychic part about these ones is that they can read there own minds and see what the other sees, they may be able to learn psychic as an attack, but they are more about the ying yan thing, dark and light, and since there is no light type, I went with the closest thing 
and yeah, basically the body of the original form, splits itself and opens, unfolding the form of its evolution
