Technically they're not "mobile suits" cause this isn't Gundam XD They're just mechs. Well.. if you want the long winded explanation, in this place they're called "combat units" with a different prefix for type (land, aerial, hybrid)

Yeah but they're still suits that move, so mobile suits works. You don't have to be in Gundam to have a mobile suit. But yeah. I think you have called them combat units before. Ok. I'll try to remember to call them that from now on.
