Yeah. Zack's not really been very...leniant with me right now. Won't do ANYTHING. I think he's really missing Jade. We really need to arrange to see each other at some point! Yeah, I think Soom was being lazy when creating Sard (assuming that Dia came first): "Hey, so everyone likes this Dia head right? Let's add him a pair of fancy ears...." And ta-dah, a new doll was created. XD
But even though they're pretty much identical, they still seem different, because of different face-ups, clothes, eyes, wigs. That is what I really like in this hobby - there won't be two exactly identical dolls.

I know! But you can always regonize the DIA though, how different they may look considdering wigs, clothing etc etc.
Apparently the eyes and lips on the sard are a bit different. But I sure in hell not seeing it XD

Ah I know! I'm really excited to see the "new" bronze skin colour (new, as it seems to change in every patch, lol). Idris - that's his name - will be my first doll with special parts as well and my first big doll with tan skin. It's going to very exciting to photograph such a dark skinned doll, I have only had white skinned ones for a long time... :'D
Oh and Heliot is such a pretty head too, I really love the nose and the lips. I'm such a lucky-butt to have one at home. XD

Yeah Soom had a Free Choice Event in October, different MD heads with different MD bodies (with the special parts, no human legs included). The skin colour choices were bronze and normal.
I got myself a bronze skin Sard with Euclase parts, a dream come true. ♥
Oh and now Soom released the lady dolls with the same precept.
Ah and I understand, I have been in that situation too. :'D And I used to do a lot of impulse purchases too... I couldn't resist all them pretty dolls! Haha, but from now on I'm going to stop following those sudden urges to get dolls, and only buy the ones I really, really want, because it's not nice that when the novelty fades... I end up selling all the dolls I bought. XD So far I have only one survivor; Aed's been here almost for a year already and I still love him!
I also have a pretty good feeling about Jack, I think he's gonna stay.
Eh, now I started blabbering. XD Anyway, I wanted to say something about the Heliots - if you later still want it, I'm pretty sure you'll be able to get one. They're pretty easily available, I think... And now you can get a Heliot in NS or BS too, if you want. (Though, I think those are going to cost a bit more.)

I really agree on the "people are insane", I have wondered many times how people can ask so huge sums of money from a doll... I understand that it's limited and gorgeous and all, but seriously? With 3000 dollars you could buy a car in my country (maybe not a new one though, but)! It's crazy... :'D
But oh well, the stupid one is not the one who asks, it's the one who accepts, so I guess the most insane people are the ones who actually buy the dolls with those prices.

Yeah, I don't really understand what's so special about Sard (especially NS Sard), that you have to ask such awful sums of money from it. The ears? Hooves? Yeah... I understand that those are nice, but for the face - Dia is almost identical and a lot cheaper. :'D I would have gotten Dia if this Free Choice event wouldn't have happened - I only went after my Sard because of the tan skin and the Euclase legs. XD
Haha, yeah. Though, I remember one time seeing one Volks head (I think it was Williams, not sure) for sell, the price was something like 1400 dollars. I thought it was crazy, but I was even more shocked when I heard that someone had bought it.
I could never spend that much money on a doll. And that was only a head.
