It's all done! Here is Halley from Astroblast! and she's in her swimsuit, and it consists of a red camisole with a yellow sun, yellow trim, and a pink ballet tutu, purple shorts, and white slippers with red trim on it. Halley would never appear to be in her swimsuit in any Astroblast! Episode back then on PBS Kids Sprout and Universal Kids and it's too bad so I made it up by myself. TBH, I wish that she would wear a bathing suit just like Comet, Sputnik, Jet, and Radar in the show. So, AdamsArt1997 , hope you like it!Halley belongs to Astroblast!.
