Hi there! here for the comment hunt!  

At first glance, i can already tell that you had fun with this and dumped all cutie things in one art piece
The character shows playfulness and happiness which is fitting for a birthday present for your oc
Her outfit is so interesting that it reminds me of ice cream which i would assume is the main inspiration for it ofc
a few suggestions i would add is to make the galaxy backdrop more saturated blue, and maybe shape the hearts and stars more evenly

This is such a colorful and cute drawing! I love how you did the background here, it totally matches with the character that looks great too.
I also love the design of the dress that the girl wears.  Zunaru, that name fits this oc perfectly as I look at this! XD Good work!

OMg this is the most sparkly and cutest drawing i've seen today.  The contrast between the character and the background really makes it stand out well!  One thing I have to say is that things are a little too airbrush-y for my like.  I do the exact same thing though when I shade and i've been working hard to make it look more watery.  But I really like the picture!  Good job <3

I love the cheerful ambiance of this image. The candy looks of her dress, looking sweet adds up to the happy scene. As well as her happy expression and the rainbow coming from her horns. I love the way you color her horn and hair too. I love the shines. The background is good also, that burning heart shape looks nice. Overall it is very delightful to look at.

The colors always attract me and in this sense the design attracts a lot. If I can give you some advice: the subject is lively, you could give a little more movement with shadows / lights and contrasts, so as to underline more this sparkling personality. Maybe even some small bright detail such as cherries or bows to capture the attention here and there.

Okay, first of all, happy birthday to your OC. Second, I love this bubbly personality you convey with the colors, and all the heart-shaped planets around her.
If. There was something you could fix in the future, it would just be the shading and the hair highlights, making them more lineal that round, but overall, it looks great.
