I`m soooooooooo proud.I guess it`s my best coloration till now!
Thx for encouraging me.
After coloring Anna and the space scape, I considered which color to choose for the blanket, my first idea was lilac as I used for space.
Some discussions with my flat mates didn`t bring some decission and I slept over it.
After awakening, I looked at the picture and decided, lilas would be the only color I`m comfortable with it and started coloring again.
Bright and beautiful Anna enframed by the dark space she loves so much.
I guess it fits perfectly.
Copic-Markers and Fineliners again.
Stars done with acryl and toothbrush ^^

I don`t know how you draw, but I need inspiration from a special situation or storyline the character has experienced.
There is a story board with detailed dialogues for a comic/manga and I guess I`ll never draw it.

Wow, it's even more exquisite than the WIP version! The background is also reminiscent of Van Gogh's "Starry Night", I like it a lot and I think you did an excellent job.

I am very scared to color my art with markers lol...I fear it would be a disaster if I did.

Don`t be scared!
My first tries where a disaster, but it`s all about practicing.
If you`ll start trying it, don`t use your original artwork, copy it, maybe by tracing it and work on the copy.
That will save you from frustration, if you fail (in your opinion). That`s a hard lesson I`ve learned. I fu**ed up some cute pictures, by working on the original sketch.

It's more than just a clouded sky, yes. Considering that she's encompassed by it. I do like the purple-ish hues as well. It brings out the character by contrast.
