Whether you perceive it as a photo shoot of mother and daughter or not, it feels wrong for people who know the story. I would not sit with my mom in this manner for a photo shoot. and definitely not in sexy lingerie.
I would have a different, softer, sweeter feel if their facial features weren't so sultry. Chibiusa lips looking like her mom's and arched eyebrows would do this trick perfectly.
If it were different characters (Haruko and Michiru), it would be stunning. But there are connotations or incest, even though it was not your intent.
