Sketch:

I've gotta be vague here since the final product is actually going to be for a contest, but this is the design for grown-up ChibiUsa that I've always preferred. (as opposed to the one with the straight pigtails that just makes her look like Black Lady but nice...)

As for the sketch, I wanted to make the outfit more proportional (unlike the episode where it was an abrupt change) and I tried my best to tweak it myself, but the collar, front bow and sleeves were all traced in to get it just right. I also had to use some of my other work to fix up the "shields", odango and the feather hairclips, again, to make them more proportional and to fill in the cropping.

Pretty Soldier/Guardian Sailor Moon and all of its character, including ChibiUsa/Sailor Chibi Moon, are (c) Naoko Takeuchi, Tokyo Pop, Toei Animation and any other respective owners I may not know/have listed or be aware of. I do not own the character in any way, shape or form, I am just a fan!
