With that being said: I DO take requests if people would like animated versions for avatars, etc. and I will gladly make them for you myself, all you have to do is ask!
My previous set featuring the manga characters seems to have been a hit and it also got me to thinking that it's been too long since I've done anything with the Anime characters so I decided to show them some highly overdue love as well.
I didn't bother with alternate outfits because doing this as it is took long enough, they're all available upon request.
Another thought that passed my mind was a sheet of some of the miscellaneous "Character of the Day" people and some of the movie characters, so stay tuned. (I've already included Todd and Ritchie, so why not?)

Haha, no, modifying Hilbert into Ash was a pretty easy mod overall, and truth be told, for Brock and Misty I was able to take the hair form their HeartGold annd SoulSilver sprites and modify those. And thank you

They all have official sprites now because of the World Tournament, but I could do alternate outfits from past generations or the anime for them

Between the Generation 1 games and the anime there isn't much difference in how the gym leaders look, but I guess after HeartGold and SoulSilver they have changed enough that it would be noticeable.

Yes, because the ones used for the World Tournament in Black and White 2 will be based on the HeartGold and SoulSilver ones so ones based on the anime will look different enough, but I will take me some time because I am so busy with work I hardly have time to finish my normal workload of traditional art as it is.
It will probably be some time in January at the earliest, but I will do it.

I think I can modify that animation of N shaking his head into a kiss pretty easily but just give me a little time. I upload in weekly batches on Sunday so by this point it's already too late in the week for it to be included now, but I can probably have it ready with my batch on the 14th.

Though I'm personally more in favor of... "ChosenShipping" (still not entirely sure I like that name for it, though...) I'm a little tired of "Sprite my OC!" requests, so anything with cannon characters is a welcome relief. (I'm sorry you had to hear that.... but I'm just not a fan of OC characters...)

I'm a ship hopper with pairs for Blue really- //bricked I love both oldrival and chosen, really! >w< And lol, I honestly wonder who comes up with these names, it's like- it's only been one day then bam! I just don't get the name in this case... Green (I read the English dub, so Green will always be the female to me) and Silver were both kidnapped because their skill was apparent even as children, but I don't see how this makes them "chosen" since (a.) they were being groomed for evil and (b.) Red can still beat both of them. But that's just me.
As for the OC characters.... I've just seen too many recolors, having crom from both the Sonic(the hedgehog) and Sailor Moon fandoms. It gets real old real fast, especially when people have like 10.

Ahh, well I guess it's because they were both chosen by Pryce? I think that's basically it, because they were chosen by him. It doesn't necessarily mean that they're powerful or anything, but maybe it's in terms of what they can do interested him enough that he planned to use it for something? Not really sure, but meh. It's been stuck like that for ages now xP
AND OH DEAR ARCEUS, THANK YOU I was hoping for someone to say that! I really, really detest adding ocs in the Pokemon Special/Adventures fandom, it just ticks me off because just, ugh, why do they have to do that? It just ruins it in my opinion. And while I know not all people do it, a lot have the tendency of making Mary/Gary S(t)ues that are ''so protegee'' and powerful that they could beat Red with one Pokemon. Just, gaaaah.

Hmmm... I guess it makes a little more sense when you put it that way, but Pryce is the one who taught them their specialties, he just took them because he knew the had the potential to be strong trainers, in general. I know it's been like that for a while, I just don't know how it became that way in the first place. XD
It does! It really does! I love the universe just as much as any of these fans, but I don't need to insert myself into their adventures because they all already share a close enough bond with each other and there are simply enough characters as it is. If I were to have a Pokemon OC it would be a completely separate story based on my game playing experiences; not theirs and not the Anime characters'.

No, any skill I may posses is in editing sprites that already exist. When it comes to creating them from scratch I am hopeless and this is even more hollow because it means nothing when I want a career in cartoons/animation. This wouldn't even help me if I wanted to get into the game industry because video games don't even really use sprites anymore, they all use 3d models.
