Redrawn version of one of my first deviations before I became serious about regular practice, uploads, etc.[link]
The reson for this was because I noticed my first "Draw this again Meme" was April 22, 2012 and so I have decided to try to do it again around the same time each year making it annual.
Pretty Soldier/Guardian Sailor Moon and all of its character, including ChibiUsa is (c) Naoko Takeuchi, Tokyo Pop, Toei Animation and any other respective owners I may not know/have listed or be aware of. I do not own the character in any way, shape or form, I am just a fan!
