Okay, I'm also going to put my alternatives(the ones that had to fight for the spot the first one is the handsomest though), for the most part it's there siblings(or are close in someway) it's hard to choose the cuter one sometimes.
1. Spain/ Portugal/ Grandpa Rome
2. Greece/ Turkey/ Egypt
3. Denmark/ Norway/ Sweden/ (Finland/ Iceland) *Damn all the Nordics are cute!!*
4. Germany / Germania/ Prussia
5. Romano/ Italy *it's hard to choose from these 2*
6. Netherlands (especially with his hair down)/ Luxembourg (he is more baby cute but still very attractive)/ Nyo!Belgium *probably be higher ranked if it was all Nyos*
7. England/ America/ France/ Canada *it depends with this two who is cuter at the moment*
8. Russia/ Nyo!Belarus/ Nyo! Ukraine
9. Japan/ Hong Kong/ China/ Macau/ etc. *The Asian Boys are just to cute I don't know who I like more*
10. Lithuania *He's just a cutie all by himself, but since every one else has to fight to the death I'll some others.* / Bulgaria/ Romania

For Nordic, I put Norway and Iceland as my handsome category xD (although Iceland is more 'cute' than handsome). For Italy brother, I think Romano is handsome, while Italy is on my cute lists XD

It's really hard for me to choose between Denmark and Norway because I like them both so much, but I guess Denmark's funny outgoing personality makes me like him a little bit more. (Yeah, Icy is a cutie!!)

Yes, the 3 main guys that give me mixed feelings about them sometimes are Russia, France and Prussia. Yeah, season 5 did a lot to France's character making you feel more compassionate towards him there was like 2-3 episodes about him that got me all touchy feely inside.

You're mind was flooded with too many attractive boys, it's understandable that you forgot or left out a few.
I want to see the more human aspect of Prussia in the anime too like what they did with France. The comic were he gave West his flute and were the dog bite his hand really gave me more empathy towards him.
