The BLU and RED Spies, and the BLU and RED Medics, are the only four characters who know who the Pyro is.

After the battles, they both are under orders to verify that the medical records and physical stature of their teammates still match up, to make sure their enemy's Spy didn't sneak through. The Pyro needs to remove the suit so the Medic can be sure.
Both the Spies gather information on their own team, as its their job.
And the Medics probably don't care if the Pyros are female, as they are sadistic and, well, married men.
