I have no idea what they are for so I gave them my own purpose. They are my ever growing army, to wage wars of fluffy and bitey fury and what-not. That's what I came up with, I mean unless dA is turning us into farmers somehow.

From what I'm hearing it's a way of saying "You're cool" without actually commenting it. I'm the type of person who finds comments more meaningful than llamas though.

I feel the same way but I like to have them as a sort of collection that just keeps going. Almost like PSN trophy levels except those are way more valuable to me because they're actual accomplishments.

tbh I thought all the badges I received are from those 1 point trades. I never really thought of it as people gifting them to me. I guess badges are just those fun little things people like but not all and it has no real purpose but to show you received some Llama from some random deviant. Depends on the person, some take it as a "gift" others as "spam" to me their just badges and don't mind if I get em or not, they don't bother me personally but not the same case for all.

I didn't want to say anything because I didn't want to come across as "self-entitled" but you're one of the many people I'm calling out about this. You got me all excited and made me wait MONTHS for something I get on a regular basis! I find that very cruel! I take promises very seriously. The fact that you thought a llama could help you wiggle your way out of a promise is very insulting. I'll forgive you but certain actions that people do leave a lasting impression on me, that being said, I don't see you in a good light anymore.
