I couldn't help it. Re-watching The Powerpuff Girls episode "Down 'n' Dirty", the Mayor's scolding of a very filthy Buttercup made me think of the SpongeBob SquarePants episode "The Battle of Bikini Bottom", even though the latter episode wouldn't made until 2007. Tom Kenny played the Mayor and SpongeBob, and since SpongeBob is a neat freak and Patrick is a fat slob...SpongeBob SquarePants belongs to Stephen Hillenburg and Nickelodeon.
