Description
Christopher Lloyd plays many hammy characters, notably with villains. He played Rasputin (Anastasia, speaking only), Hacker (Cyberchase), Judge Doom (Who Framed Roger Rabbit), and Mr. Clipboard (Foodfight!). Lloyd does have his fair share of good characters, such as Al (Angels in the Outfield), Doc Brown (Back to the Future), and Mr. Dewey/Pagemaster (The Pagemaster). And let's not forget Charlie Wilcox (Suburban Commando)! "I WAS FROZEN TODAY!"

Lloyd is very dedicated in his role as Judge Doom; he was given very specific instructions to never blink on camera and move somewhat stiffly, which adds on to the uncanny nature of his character. It is intentional, since (spoiler!) he is really a deranged toon who killed Eddie Valiant's brother. He meets his end when he is sprayed with his own toon-killing invention, the DIP.
Mr. Clipboard is even more disturbing in his manner of speech and having even stiffer movements than Judge Doom, especially in his walk cycle. It is one of the consequences of having troubled production of a movie with a budget of millions, including the footage being stolen at some point. (Spoiler!) Mr. Clipboard is not really a person but is a robot controlled by the main villain, Lady X. Even so, Mr. Clipboard, along with the rest of his "film", is very hard to look at, though he does have fans for having similar design to I. M. Meen.

Foodfight! belongs to Lawrence Kasanoff and Threshold Entertainment. Who Framed Roger Rabbit belongs to Touchstone Pictures, Amblin Entertainment, and Robert Zemeckis. Anastasia belongs to Don Bluth and FOX.
