Yeah i know right? but what i was going for is an out of character but with the same life. So they just reacted to it different. Instead of becoming strong Helga became submissive, and instead of arnold becoming kind he became uncaring and cold.

It worked; I can see how both would turn out this way if very small things had been different for them, like if Phil hadn't told Arnold any stories about his parents, or if Harold had never stolen Helga's crackers and pweschool.
