To be honest with you I've never really drawn Meowth before. The shading came out lovely, especially on the tail. The only thing that bugs me is the sholder... but that's just me. This was don over at MHAO, although I couldn't think of a good enough background, so I used my Photoshop CS to do that. (whooooooohooo..... I learnt how to make clouds using it. XD )This is for as she won 2nd prize in my contest.
