I think Eleven would make a good Hufflepuff, he's such a sweetie, is always trying to make people happy and smile, is very loyal (at least to Amy and Rory), wants everyone to get along and is the only one of the doctors (at least in the new series) who seems to be willing to work hard (he's often seen rather preoccupied with working on the TARDIS, even had a job once and went out of his way to help fix up a house and decorate it for a family.) Rory's definitely brave enough to be a Gryffindor (I think he's a lot like Neville, unassuming most of the time but is really awesome and brave at times) but I can see why he'd make a good Hufflepuff too, he's incredibly loyal (especially to Amy), his occupation as a nurse suggests that he's willing to work hard and has a strong desire to help people, is okay with not being the center of attention, and is tolerant and patient with The Doctor (who acts like a kid most of the time and can be rather annoying at times) and Amy (who has been known to flirt with The Doctor and isn't fully appreciative of him.) Donna could be a Hufflepuff because she's a loyal friend to The Doctor and is okay with not being the center of attention but I think she has too much of a temper to be a Hufflepuff and isn't all that tolerant or patient with The Doctor (which isn't necessarily a bad thing, she's not afraid to slap some sense into The Doctor and isn't as willing to put up with his crap as his other companions.)

Besides Donna, Rory is more of Gryffindor. The Last Centurion stuff, you know.

I think Rory is brave enough to be a Gryffindor (he reminds me of Neville actually) but he's also loyal, tolerant, patient and hard-working so he could fit into either house.
