As you can see I'm not the best at drawing instruments, but I did have fun making this.So here is Miku, Luka, Gumi Megpoid, and Kaito, because I draw Vocaloids way too much.
Maybe I'll add someone on guitar or drums if I feel confident.

It's hard to explain, they aren't from an anime, they are actually mascots for voice software. So it's like a computer program that can sing, and each of these characters have voices. You can take your favorite song and have them sing it, though it's really hard to use.
But they are really popular on youtube, people like to create songs and then animate videos to go with it. Here this video shows how the difference in their voices - [link]
