Yandere Dev recently implemented a new game mode called 'Mission Mode', where you can do randomly generated missions. To increase the difficulty, he added a 'hunter' called nemesis, that basically follows you and tries to kill you.

I don't think she's implemented yet, but Yandere-dev does have plans for a girl who hunts down Yandere-chan to keep her from completing her mission. The subject of his fan art contest is to draw Nemesis-chan ^^
