An idea I thought up of long ago, I decided to act upon it. This will be content, but I'm not gonna push it out in days or even over short periods of time, but if I need to make one, I will.

This dates back probably as far back as even while I created my youtube account where when I listen to certain pieces of music I get a montage of various images that appear. I ended up making 'music videos' back then with just cutscene compilations since that was basically what I saw in my head (minus the fact that it froze every frame and i hate windows movie maker for it). With YTR I had no way to visualise these as they were far too tiresome to even think of, and even when I did do it once well after I'd gotten used to filming everything, well let's just say they weren't very enthused (even though it was supposed to be a gift but whatever)

But since i can pose these squids anywhere anyhow, I might as well provide some instance of this, it's just content WAITING to be pushed out.

Especially for some groups whose stories are either summarised through song or only told through these music montages I call it, like especially group 8, or that miscellaneous lot. They're built around that. I had this sort of thought probably that I could script some of them, but it's too unknown as to when they take place and there's no dialogue for some of these.

So why not do the music thing then

There are some stories that're already scripted that also end up like montages (think cutscene amv videos or something like that idea) and this won't replace them, especially since I'll need the same scenes as the scripted versions, it'll just be more thematic.

Most of the characters's ideas came about this way of how they react to certain situations since i didn't bother scripting a lot of things, mainly just the necessities.

The characters aren't really reacting to the song, it's more like just a sort of overlay as to what is supposed to happen.

And yes I know it isn't consistent, I think these things will be the only time I'm more lenient on myself on these kinda things, as in a normal match, Leila wouldn't have her brush, neither Candice with the slosher, and they'd all have inktanks, and there would be 4 of them, and they wouldn't be different colours. My mind filters that out, however, the inktanks are basically invisible to me, and the characters each have an 'iconic' appearance that when I'm listening to songs like this on the side, I'm not going to go full in on the details. They're non-canon theme ideas.

To the song itself, the 4 songs added in the 4.0 update I each assigned to one of the older Octoling crew... i actually can't do the other 3 yet because each of them requires specific things in order to match with the vision (I need the new Mini Splatling for Arie, and the new Heavy Splatling for Nellie for Seasick, Nellie's team's song, a number of gear pieces + hair + legwear for characters involved in Arie's one, Chopscrewey, and Entropical requires the Mini Splatling again as Arie's in it, but also an Undercover Brella, as this one is Rezzie's teams, Rezzie, Inamine and Dorrie, along with Skipper Pavilion because they're older and wiser and stuff) so but because Violette is segregated much from Arie (asides from also being captured and being inspired by her but they run different paths) this one's basically for Team Inspiritive.

It depicts a time much like now where the 5 of them can't live without each other, even though one of them is an Octoling, they're each fighters of the Turf Wars, and friends of each other, who rely on one another.

Despite their differing attitudes, of course, which should be present in their expressions.
