How did I come up with her: Well Olikka's story ended up with her getting a connection to Octolings. So here's an actual Octoling counterpart. Plus I needed an excuse to use the light bomber jacket.

Her story: She was underground like most, studying Inklings on the surface. She was in close proximity to the concert, and it changed her life.

She later discovered some Inklings had learned to 'shapeshift' into Octolings somehow while she was looking for directions to the surface.

She hung out on her own until Olikka found her in the Square, and soon found out she used to be one of these Inklings. The two quickly bonded, along with their friend, Bribi, who seemed very interested in Illikka.

Illikka now hangs out with Bribi or Olikka, or any of their friends if present.
