His story: He worked as a tech-boy during his time in the underground. He heard rumours of a concert and decided to sneak in. He thought he got caught by two other Octolings but noticed they were his age and curious about the concert too. The 3 got exposed to the Inkantation and it affected them heavily.

Most Octolings escaped to the surface. Including these guys. They signed up for Turf Wars and got to know each other better. They didn't really encounter any Inklings until they met Jostle of the crew of Camilla's.
They consider their group friends, though they hang out on their own often.
