This guy was done in Paint Tool Sai. ( You might be able to wrangle a free version on the webs somewhere. ^_~)

Every time I try the line or curve tool, it never turns out as good as this. ;-;

If you go back in my gallery you can see some real winners from long ago that are absolutely terrible. LOL! So, it just takes time. You'll get it. ^_^
