Amethyst is the amethyst-purple Merbod of Emerald's many sisters, as well as the quirky one of the Merbod Sisters. Amethyst loves to goof around just like Amy, as well as being highly adventurous and rebellious around her sisters. She was born with the unique ability of shapeshifting into basically ANYTHING, whether she does this as a disguise or just for fun! Despite her goofiness, Amethyst has a kind heart to her friends and sisters.

When it comes to friends, Amethyst often hangs out with Jeff, Amy, Gus, Rich, Diane, Harris, Venus, Mars, Lars, Bubbles, Honey, Dylan, Zee, Newt, Muffet, and Pogo!

Since the Merbod sisters are part Oddbod, they can change their tails into legs so they can walk around and meet up with their friends!
