Arrow is the quirky, rule-breaking starter of the posh purple Oddbod, Jeff and is the comic relief of the starters! Being a funny little Rowlet, Arrow never fails to make Jeff, Amy, Calline or his friends laugh with his crazy yet adorable antics. Even when Jeff tries to scold him for misbehaving, Arrow will always give Jeff an adorable apologetic look, which works every time the Rowlet gets into trouble!Arrow and his best friend, Chester the Chespin, are like a comedic duo, with Arrow being the goofier one of the two and love to battle together as a duo! When not being crazy, Arrow often relaxes with Jeff with a hot drink and a nice book to read while snuggling under Jeff's arm.
