Description
This is an independent concept for a theoretical Puerto Rican region. This is an exaggeration based on the prior evolution's animal, the 'iguana rinoceronte' or rhinoceros iguana. I thought a wyvern Pokémon was overdue, so it was a good opportunity to shock the trainer with a strong, almost mythical final evolution.Mreathe | Dragon (or maybe Mud Skin/Armor?)
