Description Hey! I've tried painting now. It was actually done in my summer art class.

Basicallly, in class we had to make a collague out of magazine pictures, and I made a random cat on a flower coming out of a starbucks cup, which I guess can be starbuck's mascot.

You know starbucks needs an animal mascot

And, with that collague made, we needed to paint a bigger picture of it.

Very, very nice work with all the floral elements of the picture, especially the silhouettes! You've got a very nice technique going there. The composition is interesting, the colours, good, and the kitten, very sweet!

Just a quick suggestion for next time: don't be afraid to improvise shading, even if the original picture doesn't show it. Adding a couple of violet or dark blue shadows to the foreground elements would really make this painting pop!

mmm....interesting idea. I hope to be painting more because I seem to like it, but I need to get the materials now that my art class has ended. Thanks for the comment and suggestion!
