This is for XWesterners-aruX ! She requested a chibi drawing of her character Liang, and left the outfit design up to me ^^I hope you like it, and I'm sorry it took so long to finish! I didn't forget about you!! ;n;
I gave Liang a winter-themed outfit because, well... winter is here ;u; (at least for me!) and I thought a cheongsam-ish dress would be fitting for her character ^^
