I don't think Ichigo love Orihime but he care enough to protect her to the end even meaning change to the hollow form that got no control over..................... Wow hear like Naruto  .

Honestly I don't know a thing about Ichigo's and Orihime's relationship so I'm not gonna go against what you just said. It could be love it could be care but I for one don't really know. I'll know when Ichigo chooses
