For myself! Just to see if I could!
I didn't make a lid for this because I didn't want to use all the beads to make an exact replica of the base.
I used nylon thread instead of the beading thread to make it, which is why I used cardboard to keep it stiff. The pattern is meant for the beads to be self supporting.
From the book "Mini Beaded Boxes", measuring 2.5 inches wide and 1 inch tall. Two shades of pink and black seed beads.

Ah yes, I made this before I really knew what was what. I use Nymo for the thread, which I think this book specifically states not to use. It didn't hold up very well so the cardboard is in there to keep shape.
