This reminds me of the cute little houses in Breath of the Wild's Hateno Village. The pattern itself is called "Tuscan Cottage" so probably this is the same sort of structure there. It also reminds me of the Sims 3 world Monste Vista so it's probably pretty accurate cross referencing.
I did this one real quick as the project to take with me to work and it was over too soon but at the same time it didn't overstay its welcome. I was interested with the little butterfly bead since it's not actually a bead and it can't really be called a charm! It's just kind of a small little butterfly shaped... well, it's not a rhinestone, but it has the same sort of 'glue on rhinestone' application. It's stitched on by just going over the body but I still felt awkward without having any sort of bead or charm loop to use. I finished the back with brown sticky felt.
