I'm sorry about the odd scan. I had to do it twice. Once the image came out extremely clear but the ribbon around the edges was coming out terrible. The second time the ribbon came out nice but the actual stitching came out blurry. I combined the two images to create one, so it looks a little strange, forgive me.

This is done from a pattern easily found online! Yes, you too could do it! I modified the text placement and type, but otherwise I used an easily available one you can find through Google. Search up "You Complete Me" tetris heart, there's at least two or three variations out there. I looked at many patterns before I decided on this one. My limitations... I wanted something that TJ would appreciate - flowers and glitter and such might make me happy but a manly man like him is difficult to get a pattern for. I thought this, of all the flowery valentine cute hearts and cupids I found, would be suiting. We're both puzzlers (Yohoho! Puzzle Pirates) and gamers (him more so than I am), some lovey "geekery" fits the theme. My other limitations included more practical things like "can I get this done and still have time for homework" and "will it fit in an envelope". I managed to get everything in one go! Success!

Glued along the edges onto a white piece of cardboard and then finished off with some cream ribbon. Nothing too complicated, I'm sending it off to him with a cute card. I used metallic threads for the letters which is always difficult to use but captured the rainbow-y tone that tetris blocks have.
