Here's the right hand side. I just received the horse hair tassle in the mail. It will go on the end of the laser molecular disruptor on the top of the helmet. It will hang off the end of the black handle.Related content

Actually it's not as heavy as it looks. The outer section is the plastic internals of a VCR.Β The front and back are balanced so it doesn't drift forward or backwards. I also used a helmet liner inside to cushion the metal helmet part.Β

Just a quick question, I was wondering what the weight on the helmet was.

I'm just guessing about 5 lbs. It's not as heavy as it looks. A lot of it is metal finished plastic. The camera parts, the metal base, and the top fixtures are where most of the weight comes from. The side designs are pretty light.
