Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mental hospital, because she killed her mom and her dad. She got so bad she went to kill all the staff in the hospital so the More-government decided that best idea was to get rid of her so they set up aSPECIALROOM to kill her, as humane as possible but it went wrong the machine they were using went wrong. And she sat there in agony for hours until she died.
Now every week on the day of her death she returns to the person that reads this letter, on a monday night at 12:00a.m. She creeps into your room and kills you slowly, by cutting you and watching you bleed to death.

Opal's a super pretty Fusion 
Considering all the other fusions (besides Stevonnie) have four.....

Well, the more "stable" a fusion is, the less extra extremities it wil have. ^_^ For axemple *SPOILERS* Garnet is an extremely stable fusion since Ruby and Sapphire work so well together, so her only extra body part is her third eye. And Malachite, who is an extremely unstable fusion, has four eyes and six legs. But Opal is special because Pearl and Amethyst both work well together and are so conflicting, so Opal is a bit different in her appearance. At least that's my theory!

Actually, Rainbow Quartz is an extremely stable fusion. Pearl and Rose Quartz work very well together, which is why her only extra parts are 2 more eyes. ^_^ At least, from what we've seen of her...no one knows her personality really so it's hard to say. XD
