my only comment would be there really isn't much change, if it were me id have 3 tree brance from the inital choice that would basicly flavor their relationship through the rest, (same picutres just different dialog) and for the second choice it would create 3 endings ie if you "hold on" its a game over as they are both nanoed. if you let go then she doesn't get the robo arm and in the future she is look at her arm in disgust for abandoning her friend, heck if you want she could tear off the offensive linb and replace it with a robotic one so she looks the same but the reason is different (reason one nano machine infection, reason 2 disgust at her own weakness and removing the offensive limb)
